Our aim is to create a relationship with our clients and exercise business practices that promote resolution where problems arise. We are an established online retailer with reputable suppliers and recognise the importance of representing their products and our services with the highest levels of customer care and service. Privacy

Merchant banking

Credit card transactions are processed by beachmums staff directly from our premises using Westpac EFTPOS systems, we do not use third party banking services. This ensures separation between the store transaction system and the banking system.

  • If you find an online transaction on your statement that is unfamiliar or incorrect, you should:
    Check your receipts to find out if the amount appears under a different merchant’s name (some merchants use trading names different to their registered name) ours is Beachmums.
  • If you recognise the name or have had previous dealings with the merchant, contact them directly for more information on the transaction.
  • If you are still not satisfied or if the goods you ordered were not delivered, call us on 1300 651 089 to make a claim. Call before the due date shown on your credit card statement and you will be able to claim the full amount of the online transaction.

Returns

Exchange only policy

We offer to exchange your purchase if you are unhappy, we can grant you credit but we do not refund. Under certain circumstances or where a product may be faulty, beachmums swimwear may chose to cover the costs of shipping based on product, freight charges and product price.

Conditions

  • All tags must be intact, if the tags are damaged or removed the Department of Health stipulates that the garment is no longer new.
  • We insist underwear is worn when trying on swimwear.
  • Keep swimwear clean and dry and do not wash swimwear to be returned.
  • Goods must be returned within 7 days in order to qualify for a refund or exchange otherwise surcharges may apply.
    Postage and external banking transaction charges are not refundable

Shipping

Goods will be shipped in overnight Australia Post bags within Brisbane and to other cities, next day delivery can not be guaranteed to rural Australia. International customers please check our shipping costs chart.

Postal charges

We use Australia POST’s Air mail services for all our shipping. We wish to maintain a similar (+/- 10%) charges and encourage you to visit Australia POST website, compare the pricing and notify us if we have over overcharged.
